I came across this gorgeous rainbow cupcake on a blog named Katie's Kitchen. I love the concept - it's like biting into a rainbow surprise.
Feeling extremely inspired (and maybe a tad ambitious..?), I'm going to make this into a cake and make it look like this!

Making the rainbow cupcakes is not hard just more time consuming, You can do it when you are part-time. It looks really pretty.
Making the lollipop cake on the other hand was. I don't think I like using Orchid Icing, there's another brand that's better but you have to buy in bulk. I'll post some pics soon...it was okay for a first attempt
